These terms govern your use of Arete. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Arete sources, enriches, and scores prospective accounts against the qualification criteria you define, and delivers those that qualify.

Billing

• You are charged one flat rate per prospect that meets your approved qualification bar.
• Prospects that do not qualify are not billed.
• Committed-volume plans are billed per the order form; pay-as-you-go is billed monthly in arrears.

Acceptable use

You agree to use delivered prospect data in compliance with applicable law, including marketing and anti-spam regulations, and not to resell raw data except as permitted by your plan.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise plans include a written SLA.

Termination

You may cancel at any time; pay-as-you-go charges stop at the end of the billing period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior three months.
